CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT:
ALL information received by Fun-Wey from the Client, shall be held in strict confidence. This includes any information received verbally, electronically, in writing or any other form of communication. All such information shall remain in confidence even after the coaching relationship has ended. HOWEVER, if there is reasonable concern for the safety or health of the Client, or the safety or health of another person, the Coach is REQUIRED by LAW to make a report. Also any illegal activities are required by law to be reported.
