Our first WeY Next event

On the 17th of November WeY had a great event with the next generation leadership within Supply Chain management. A big thanks to Sylvia Bruning and Leonie van Heijningen, they hosted a session on authentic leadership. 

Sylvia explained what authentic leadership means and learned us ways how to develop these skills. Leonie facilated a breathing routine to gain more energy and reduce stress.

This was the launch of WeY NEXT events to connect young leaders. There will be more to come.
